NorthPoint Health and Wellness seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide a full-spectrum of ambulatory family medicine in a community clinic. Our practice is a diverse, urban, community health center in North Minneapolis whose mission is “actively partnering for a healthier community.”
Depending on applicant availability this position ranges from 32 to 40 hours a week, with clinic hours Monday through Friday with some evening and Saturday hours.

| Qualifications: |
Position requires:
•A Master’s Degree in nursing
•Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse
•Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
•24 months of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
