| Description: |
Coordinator, Oral and School Based Health will ensure implementation of oral health education and integration of oral health and medical services, and the daily operations at school based health sites, including staffing, productivity, achievement of grant goals and health outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for monitoring and achieving Oral Health Program goals.
Specific duties will include:
o Monitor progress towards program and grant goals.
o Coordinate Oral Health Advisory Council Meetings
o Monitor oral health grant budget.
o Oversees external relations i.e. oral health advocates, public health officials, collaborating providers of primary medical and /or dental services.
• Responsible for monitoring and achieving School Based Health Program goals.
Specific duties will include:
o Monitor progress towards program and grant goals.
o Monitor program productivity, make needed adjustments to achieve
o Oversee community outreach activities
o Conduct regular communications with school administrations
o Coordinate SBH Health Advisory Council Meetings
o Monitor SBH health grant budgets.
o Coordinate Quality Improvement initiatives

? Bachelor’s degree required. Masters Degree preferred in public health, health administration, or related field preferred.
? 3 years of relevant experience in public health or healthcare administration preferred.
