The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) is seeking a full-time (35-hour week) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Under supervision, the selected candidate will provide nursing care to patients primarily through the mobile outreach program. This position reports to the Infectious Disease division. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

| Compensation: |
CUPHD provides a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance with enrollment beginning on the employee’s first day of employment; short-term and long-term disability benefits; vacation/sick/personal leave; fifteen (15) paid holidays per year; and a comprehensive pension plan offered through Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF). The starting annual salary for a Licensed Practical Nurse is $23,892 for a 35-hour week. |
| Qualifications: |
Graduation from a recognized program in practical nursing, a current and unrestricted licensure for practical nursing in the State of Illinois, and a current IL Driver’s license is required. |
